Ilan nd Assaf Ramon international Airport, also known as Eilat Ramon airport, opened on January 21st 2019, is the second largest in Israel, behind Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport. It stands out for its futuristic construction and replaces the old airports of Eilat and Ovda. It operates with domestic flights (Tel Aviv and Haifa) and with several important destinations in Europe.

The airport is located in the Timna Valley, 18 km (11 miles) north of Eilat, a city located on the shores of the Red Sea and close to the borders with Jordan and Egypt.
Remote Quarters (2.2 km), Dekel Dom Baharava (2.2 km), Beer Ora Zimmer (2.4 km). The hotel and resorts area is about 20 km from the airport.
Egged Company offers bus service with a departure frequency between 10 and 15 minutes from the airport to the central bus station and also to the resorts area. Ticket fare equivalent in US dollars (1.5 usd). You can pay directly to the driver in the local currency (new shekel)
