Austrian Lounge - Lounges located in concourses D (8:00 am to 8:00 pm), F (5:30 am to 10:30 pm) and G (5:30 am to 11:00 pm). Snacks, TV, computers, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, beverages. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (€30.00).
Facilities and other services
The airport has a bank, currency exchange bureaus (5:00 am to 0:00 am), ATMs, VIP lounges, plugs for electronic devices, mobile phone services and free Wi-Fi access. Inside the terminals and in the NH Vienna Airport, located inside the grounds, there are conference rooms.
Food and Drinks- Throughout the enclosure there are coffee shops, fast food outlets, bars and restaurants. Café+Co Bar, McCafé and McDonald's are open 24 hours a day.
Shopping- Duty-free shops on levels 1 and 3 of the terminals, in addition to retailers selling fashion and accessories, souvenirs, liquor, press, books, sweets, perfumes, cosmetics, jewellery, tobacco, toys, electronics, supermarket.
Baggage- Porter services and trolleys available. Luggage storage and secure wrapping on level 1 of terminals 1 and 3, from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm. The lost and found office is located on the ground floor of Terminal 1; it operates from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (online form).
