 Which are the Vip lounges at Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (AEP) and how to access:

Aeroparque VIPClub – Located in the public area on the ground floor, between the check-in hall and the food court. Open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm, with a maximum stay of 3 hours. Premium catering, showers, drinks, snacks. Access: with VIPClub membership or a day pass (USD242.00).

AMAE Lounge Aeroparque – Two lounges, one on the lower level between the check-in hall and the food court (24 hours), and the other in the Domestic Departure area, next to Gate 1, available from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Bar, hot and cold beverages, meals and snacks, Wi-Fi, telephones, printers, baby care facilities, newspapers, power outlets, air conditioning. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership, American Express Platinum/Centurion or Visa Signature cardholders, or by paying at the door.

Sala VIP Aerolíneas Argentinas – On the ground floor, between the Arrivals and Departures areas. Open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Personalized reception and service, bar, snacks, TV, Wi-Fi. Access: with Aerolíneas Plus Diamond membership. You must complete check-in in advance via the website, airport kiosks, or the SkyPriority counter.  VIP LOUNGE PASS

Facilities and other services

The airport has banks, ATMs, VIP lounges, power outlets for electronic devices, public telephones, and free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks

There is a good variety of restaurants, cafés, fast food outlets, bars, and ice cream shops on both levels, some open 24 hours.

Shopping

There are duty-free shops in the international sector (Arrivals and Departures), as well as stores selling electronics, clothing and accessories, books, perfumes, cosmetics, newspapers and magazines, jewelry, and regional products. Convenience stores are located in the Arrivals Hall, boarding areas, and the upper level.

Baggage

Carts available on both levels. There is a luggage storage office near the airport: Luggage Storage BA (WhatsApp +54 9 11 6969 1704). For lost and found inquiries, contact the Airport Security Police, on the ground floor in front of the VIP lounge, Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 8:00 pm (Tel +54 11 5193 0200; email: uoaer@psa.gob.ar).
