Number of Terminals - 2 - Domestic Terminal (open from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm) and International Terminal (open 24 hours a day). A complimentary shuttle connects both buildings every 15 minutes between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm.

Information counters in the check-in hall and on levels 1 and 2 of the International Terminal, next to gate 4 of the Domestic Terminal and in the Air New Zealand baggage reclaim area. Tourist offices are located on the ground floor of both terminals. Staff in blue uniforms are also available for assistance.
The airport is located adjacent to the suburb of Māngere, 21 km (14 miles) south of the city.

If you require special assistance or wheelchairs, notify your airline of your particular needs in advance of your arrival. There are automatic doors, lifts, Braille signage, accessible toilets and drinking fountains, and reserved spaces in front of the terminals. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged in advance with Dial-A-Ride (Tel +64 9625 5599), a special wheelchair-friendly vehicle service.
