Alicante-Elche Airport has a VIP lounge where passengers can wait for their flight in a quiet environment with exclusive services.
Costa Blanca VIP Lounge
It is conveniently located on the first floor of the boarding area, next to gates C45-46. It offers an exclusive atmosphere with a wide range of services and amenities for passengers.
Opening hours: From 4:00 to 23:00.
Maximum stay: 4 hours.
Services: Hot and cold catering, drinks (including alcoholic beverages), digital newspapers and magazines, kosher and halal meals, special diets, television, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, telephones, power adapters, printer, background music, rest area, children’s play area.

You will find a wide variety of dining options, including restaurants, bars, cafés, fast food outlets, and vending machines. The largest concentration of venues is located on Floor 2 (boarding area) and Floor 0 (arrivals). Opening hours vary according to flight operations, but some establishments operate 24 hours a day, such as Costa Coffee, Deli&Cia, Pret a Manger.
Shopping and Duty-Free
Duty-free shops are available on Floors 0 and 2, alongside a wide range of specialised stores offering fashion, accessories, press, gifts, sweets, electronics, and cosmetic products.
Baggage Services
- Lost Property: The lost property office is located in the Arrivals Hall (Floor 0) and operates Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm. To request assistance, you can call +34 966 919 444, send an email to alc.ooee@aena.es, or use the online form.
