Terminal
The airport operates a single passenger terminal, the Barbara Jordan Terminal, which is open 24 hours.

Information Points
Information counters are located on the arrivals (baggage claim) level, in front of carousels 3 and 5. In addition, the airport has a team of Volunteer Ambassadors—recognizable by their blue vests—who assist throughout the terminal.

There are elevators, accessible restrooms and water fountains, adapted telephones, Braille signage, contrasting floor surfaces, relief areas for service animals and reserved parking spaces close to the terminal.
