Berlin Brandenburg Airport Willy Brandt, opened on 31 October 2020 after several years of delays, is Berlin's new airport, having replaced Tempelhof, Tegel, and Schönefeld airports. It is currently the only commercial airport serving Germany's capital and the state of Brandenburg. It operates domestic and international flights worldwide.

Information counters in the Arrivals area, level E0, and on level E1 in the centre of the market place, open from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Tourist information office on level E0, public area, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
The airport is located in Schönefeld, 18 km (11 miles) southeast of Berlin city centre.

Kiss & Fly – For passenger drop-off and pick-up, directly in front of the terminals, at the Arrivals and Departures level. The first 10 minutes are free.
Valet Parking – In front of Terminal 1. Available from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm. Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Additional services are available on request, such as exterior and interior cleaning, ozone treatment, and electric vehicle charging.
P1 Premium Parking – Covered spaces located 100 metres from the entrance to Terminal 1, on level U1. Also features a VIP area with larger spaces and security cameras.
P2 Premium Parking – Covered and open-air spaces located 200 metres from the terminals.
P3 Comfort Parking – Located 150 metres away, on level U1, and offers charging stations for electric vehicles.
P4 – Area for car-sharing services, 400 metres away.
P6 Economy Parking – Outdoor budget option, located 500 metres from the terminals, on level U1.
P7/P8 Comfort Parking – Open-air car parks located 150 metres away, connected by a bridge on level 3.
P107 Low Budget Parking – Low-cost option, located 1.7 km from the terminals.
The airport is fully accessible for passengers with reduced mobility.
To use the free mobility service, inform your airline, tour operator or travel agent of the level of assistance you require at least 48 hours before departure, preferably when booking your flight. Simply state the degree of your mobility restriction.
Timely registration will ensure the necessary resources can be provided. Note that late registration may result in longer waiting times for the passenger.
