All airport VIP lounges are located in Terminal 1.

Lounge Tegel - Level E1, opposite gate B17. Open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a maximum stay of 3 hours. Games room, beverages, conference facilities, newspapers and magazines, smoking room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, snacks, showers. Access: with DragonPass membership or paying at the door (EUR 36.00).

Lounge Tempelhof - Located on level E1, next to gate A20. Operates from 5:00 am to 9:30 pm (maximum stay: 3 hours). Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, conference room, newspapers, meals, drinks, showers. Access: with DragonPass membership or paying at the door (EUR 48.00).

Lounge Zeitgeist - Boarding area, level E0, available on request only (from 4:00 am). A la carte food, buffet, drinks, reading area, exclusive suites, conference facilities, smoking lounge. Access: the airport VIP service must be booked (EUR 390.00).

Lufthansa Lounge - Level E1, opposite gate B20. Open from 5:00 am to 8:30 pm. Smoking lounge, printers, power sockets, TV, Wi-Fi, photocopiers, newspapers and magazines, beverages, meals, lockers. Access: with United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, Lufthansa and Swiss International Air Lines first or business class passengers, Miles & More HON Circle, Senator or Frequent Traveller members, Star Alliance first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members, or paying at the gate (EUR 39.00).

Facilities and other services

 
The airport has currency exchange offices (5:00 am to 11:00 pm), ATMs, postal and printing services, VIP lounges, internet kiosks, free Wi-Fi access and a business centre.

Eating

Most of the dining options are located in the boarding area, but there are also eateries in the Arrivals area and the train station. These include restaurants, fast food outlets, bars, cafes, bakeries and vending machines. Kamps Bakery, in the train station, is open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in the Departures area. Convenience stores, clothing, accessories, souvenirs, newspapers, books, toys, electronics, flowers are also available.

Baggage

Free trolleys on all levels. Porter service available. Plastic wrap, baggage storage and lost property office at T1/T2 train station, level U1, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (e-mail: airport.ber@4-service.de; online form).
