All airport lounges are located in Terminal 1.

BER Lounge Tegel – Level E1, opposite Gate B17, Schengen departure area. Open from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm, with a maximum stay of 3 hours. Quiet area, smoking lounge, snacks, showers, newspapers and magazines, conference facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, drinks. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club or LoungeMe membership, via online booking or paying at the door (€36.00).

BER Lounge Tempelhof – Located on level E1, next to Gate A20. Open from 5:00 am to 9:30 pm (maximum stay: 3 hours). Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, conference room, press, meals, drinks, showers. Access: with DragonPass or LoungeMe membership, via online booking or by paying at the door (€48.00).

Lufthansa Lounge – Level E1, opposite Gate B20. Open from 5:00 am to 8:45 pm. Smoking room, printers, power sockets, TV, Wi-Fi, photocopiers, newspapers and magazines, drinks, meals, lockers. Access: with United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, first or business class passengers of Lufthansa and Swiss International Air Lines, Miles & More HON Circle/Senator/Frequent Traveller members, Star Alliance first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

VIP Lounge Zeitgeist – Departures area, level E0. Available only upon request (from 4:00 am). À la carte dining, buffet, drinks, reading area, exclusive suites, conference facilities, smoking lounge. Access: requires booking of the airport VIP service (€425.00).

Facilities and other services

 
The airport has currency exchange offices (7:00 am to 9:00 pm), ATMs, postal and printing services, VIP lounges, workstations, internet kiosks, and free Wi-Fi access. The Regus Business Centre, next to car park P8, offers modern offices and co-working spaces.

Food & Drinks

Most options are located in the Departures area, but there are also venues in the Arrivals area and the train station. These include restaurants, fast food outlets, bars, cafés, bakeries, and vending machines. Kamps Bakery, at the train station, level U1, is open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in the Departures areas. Convenience stores, clothing, accessories, souvenirs, newspapers, books, toys, electronics, flowers are also available.

Baggage

Free trolleys on all levels. Porter service available. Baggage wrapping, left luggage service and lost property office at the train station, level U1, Sunday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Tel +49 30 609 156 260; email: airport.ber@4-service.de; online form).
