Bergen Airport offers an exclusive space designed to provide comfort and tranquillity to passengers before their flight. The VIP lounge features relaxation areas, work zones and a varied food and beverage offering in a modern setting with views of the terminal.
Bergen Lounge
Location: Level 3, in the international departures area, near gate E26 (access via stairs or lift behind the Duty Free shopping area).
Opening hours: Opening times are adjusted to the day’s air traffic. The lounge opens one hour before the first international flight and closes with the last boarding (approximately from 4:00 am until 8:30 pm–10:00 pm).
Services: Snack and refreshment buffet, selection of hot and cold drinks, beers and wines, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, international newspapers and magazines, television, work areas and panoramic views of the terminal and runway.
Access:
- Business class passengers or frequent flyer status holders of Air France, KLM, Lufthansa, SAS, Widerøe, Finnair, Icelandair, airBaltic and Iberia.
- Holders of DragonPass and LoungeKey memberships.
- Direct payment at the entrance (subject to availability).
Maximum stay: 3 hours.

The airport offers a wide range of services designed to enhance the passenger experience, combining modern technology with Norwegian hospitality.
Finance and Connectivity
You will find cash machines dispensing various currencies in both the departures and arrivals halls. Free Wi-Fi access is available in 4-hour sessions by connecting to the "AIRPORT" network. There are also mobile device charging stations distributed throughout the terminal.
Food and Drink
The dining options are varied and include cafés, craft beer bars, restaurants serving local cuisine and fast food outlets. Some venues are available before the security checkpoint, although the highest concentration is located in the boarding area. Notable establishments include BIT, Joe & The Juice and Upper Crust. Many of these outlets adjust their opening hours according to flight schedules.
Shopping
The airport features one of Norway’s largest Duty Free shops in the international arrivals and departures area. In addition, there are convenience stores (Point), bookshops, as well as fashion and souvenir shops offering typical Scandinavian products.
Baggage Services
- Luggage Trolleys: Available free of charge in the baggage reclaim hall and in the departures areas.
- Lost Property: The service is managed by Widerøe Ground Handling. The office is located in the cargo terminal, a short distance from the main building, and operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Sundays from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm. It is recommended to start the search via the MissingX portal.
Other Services
The airport offers breastfeeding rooms, themed children’s play areas, drinking water fountains and a hairdresser in the public area. For business meetings, the adjacent hotels provide high-capacity conference centres.
