The airport has two VIP lounges designed to provide passengers with a comfortable space and exclusive services before their flights.

Nervión VIP Lounge

Location: Mezzanine 2, boarding area.
Opening hours: 5:00 am to 10:30 pm. Maximum stay: 4 hours.
Services: Varied catering, daily newspapers and magazines, free Wi-Fi, rest and work areas, real-time flight information, air conditioning.
Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club memberships, online booking or pay at the door (€47.20).

Urdaibai VIP Lounge

Location: Third floor, boarding area.
Opening hours: 5:00 am to 10:30 pm. Maximum stay: 4 hours.
Services: Buffet and bar, Wi-Fi, digital newspapers, television, printer, network adapters, work areas, kosher and halal food.
Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club memberships, online booking or pay at the door (€44.60).

Facilities and other services

The airport offers a wide range of services designed to make passengers' wait more comfortable. Most shops and services are located on the boarding level.

Finance and Connectivity

There are ATMs from various networks and a post box. To stay connected, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal via the Airport Free Wifi Aena network. Additionally, power outlets for electronic devices are distributed across the terminal.

Dining

You will find a wide and varied selection of dining options on level 3 of the terminal, including restaurants, fast food outlets, and cafés. Additionally, there is a café on level 1.

Shopping and Duty-Free

On the boarding level of level 3, you will find Duty-Free shops, as well as stores offering regional food products, clothing, accessories, newspapers, sweets, and gifts.
