Qantas Domestic Lounge - Next to gate 22, open from 1 hour before each flight. Meals, bar, showers, Wi-Fi, computers. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Emirates Platinum Skyward membership, Qantas, Emirates and Oneworld airlines first or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Virgin Australia Lounge - Opposite gate 41. Open from 1 hour before the first Virgin Australia flight to the last. Complimentary food and beverages, showers, baby hygiene facilities, TV, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, workstations, power sockets, telephones, printers, fax, photocopiers. Access: with Virgin Australia Lounge, Velocity Platinum or Gold membership, Virgin Australia business class passengers, or paying at the door.

International Terminal

Air New Zealand International Lounge - Located between gates 81 and 82. Open from 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to boarding. Light refreshments, bar, Wi-Fi, business facilities, newspapers, magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold and Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Situated on level 3, next to gate 77, and open from 6:00 am to 12:30 pm and 5:30 pm to 0:00 am (Friday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 5:30 pm to 0:00 am). Maximum stay: 2 hours. Refreshments, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, beverages. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by online booking or paying at the door (USD40.32).

Qantas International Lounge - On levels 3 and 4. Open from 5:30 am to 11:45 am and from 2:30 pm to 0:00 am. Restaurant, bar, showers, Wi-Fi, computers, newspapers, magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, Qantas, Emirates and Oneworld airlines first or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.

SilverKris Lounge - Located adjacent to gate 81, on level 4. Open from 5:55 am to 8:40 am, 11:45 am to 2:30 pm, 3:10 pm to 5:55 pm and 8:50 pm to 11:35 pm. Selection of hot food and snacks, Wi-Fi, showers, TV. Access: with PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership, Singapore Airlines or Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

The Emirates Lounge - Next to gate 75, available from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am. Snacks, TV, computers, beverages, conference facilities, newspapers and magazines, children's area, Wi-Fi, showers. Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs, bureaux de change (4:00 am to 1:00 am), mailboxes, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, power sockets, public telephones, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access. A conference room is available on level 3 of the International Terminal.

Food and Drinks

Bars, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, fast food outlets and vending machines in both terminals. A McDonald's is open 24 hours a day in the Service Centre.

Shopping

Duty-free items on levels 2 and 3 of the International Terminal, gifts, regional products, electronics, books, magazines, newspapers, fashion and accessories, jewellery.

Baggage

Trolleys available in both terminals (free of charge in the international sector) and in the car parks. Protective baggage sealing on level 4 of the International Terminal, from 4:00 am to 0:00 am (Tel +61 402 484 861). Lockers outside the Qantas and Virgin Australia area in the Domestic Terminal, on level 1 of the International Terminal, next to the car park entrance, and next to the bus stop between the Skygate Centre and DFO.
