To reach the city centre, you can take the 100E bus line, which is a direct service to Deák Ferenc tér, Kálvin tér and Astoria. Alternatively, the 200E Line connects you to Köbánya-Kispest metro station, from where you can continue on the metro (Line M3) to the city centre. Tickets can be purchased at BKK vending machines or via the BudapestGO app.

The official taxi service at the airport is operated by Fötaxi. Taxi ranks are located just outside the terminal exits. It is recommended to use Fötaxi only, to ensure regulated fares and safety. There are company counters in the arrivals area.

The counters of the main car hire companies, such as Avis, Enterprise, Europcar, Hertz and Sixt, are located in the arrivals hall of Terminal 2B. Vehicles are collected in the car park in front of the terminals.
