Budapest Airport features several VIP lounges, offering services and a peaceful environment to relax or work before your flight.

Plaza Premium Lounge

• Location: In Terminal 2B, Non-Schengen area, on the mezzanine level past security and passport control.
• Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay of 2 hours.
• Services: Snacks, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, showers (subject to availability).
• Access: Priority Pass, Lounge Key, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe, TAV Passport memberships. Access is also permitted via online booking or direct payment at the door.

SkyCourt Lounge

• Location: Mezzanine level of the SkyCourt building.
• Opening hours: 4:30 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum stay is 2 hours.
• Services: Complimentary food and drinks, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV.
• Access: Priority Pass, Lounge Key, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe, TAV Passport memberships, or by paying the entry fee on-site.

Platinum Lounge

• Location: Two lounges: one opposite Gate A8 (Terminal 2A) and another next to Gate B7 (Terminal 2B).
• Opening hours: Terminal 2A: 5:00 am - 8:00 pm. Terminal 2B: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm.
• Services: Snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, work areas, press.
• Access: Priority Pass, Lounge Key, DragonPass and Diners Club memberships. Online booking and payment at the entrance are accepted.

MasterCard Lounge

• Location: Mezzanine level of the SkyCourt building.
• Opening hours: 5:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Services: Drinks and food, Wi-Fi, workstations, newspapers and magazines.
• Access: Exclusively for MasterCard World Elite, Platinum, Business Platinum, Gold or Black cardholders.

Financial and Communication Services

The airport provides passengers with access to essential services such as ATMs and currency exchange offices. A post office is also available for sending and receiving correspondence.

Wi-Fi: Free access to the airport’s Wi-Fi network is offered for a limited time (4 hours per device).

Device Charging: Power sockets and charging stations for electronic devices are available in the waiting areas and VIP lounges.

Gastronomy

The food and drink offer is varied and includes bars, cafés, fast food outlets and restaurants serving local and international dishes. The largest concentration of establishments is located in the SkyCourt building.

• 24-Hour Service: Some establishments, such as Flocafé, Negroni, Panopolis, TA.SH.BA or Upper Crust offer uninterrupted food and drink service (24/7).

Shopping

Duty Free shops are available on the departures level and in the SkyCourt. Additionally, passengers can find a wide range of specialised shops, including clothing, jewellery, gifts, souvenirs, books, press, regional products, electronics, cosmetics and a convenience store in the arrivals hall of Terminal 2B.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Storage and Wrapping: Luggage storage and protective wrapping services are offered in the departures area of the terminals. It is recommended to check opening hours directly at the counter.
• Lost Property: For enquiries regarding lost or forgotten items within the airport facilities, the following online form must be completed.
• Other: Luggage trolleys are available in the baggage claim areas and car parks. Porter service is also available in the terminals.

Business and Other Services

Meeting Rooms: Various meeting rooms and a conference centre are available for business travel in the arrivals level of the SkyCourt building and in the terminals.

Others: The airport also offers a prayer room, travel agencies, dental clinic, pharmacy, children’s entertainment areas, baby care facilities, and designated smoking areas.
