Qantas Club - Located to the right of the security checkpoint and open Monday to Friday from one hour before each Qantas service. Refreshments, bar, showers, Wi-Fi, computers, children's area, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, first or business class passengers from Qantas and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Qantas Domestic Business Lounge - To the right after security, open one hour before each Qantas flight. Restaurant and bar, showers, Wi-Fi, computers, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer or Emirates Platinum Skyward membership, first or business class passengers from Qantas and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Virgin Australia Lounge - Level 3, Western Concourse. Available from 60 minutes before the first Virgin Australia flight until the last. Courtesy drinks and food, showers, TV, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, workstations, plugs for electric devices, telephones, fax, printers, photocopiers. Access: with Virgin Australia Lifetime Lounge, Velocity Platinum or Gold membership, business class passengers from Virgin Australia, or by paying at the door.

The airport has ATMs (some of which dispense foreign currency), VIP lounges, workstations, power outlets for electrical devices, mobile phone services, pay phones and free Wi-Fi access in the Departures area. Meeting facilities at the nearby Vibe hotel and at Regus, located on level 4 of Plaza Offices East, directly connected to the terminal.

Food and Drinks

There are cafes, bars and a restaurant in the boarding area.

Shopping

Duty free items in the International Departures area, level 3, convenience store on the ground floor, newspapers and magazines, books, gifts, travel essentials, cosmetics, local products.
