How to get to São Paulo's old town by public transportation?

 
There is no direct bus from the airport to downtown. You can take line 609J-10 (or a cab or app vehicle) to the nearest metro station (São Judas). From there, you can take the metro Blue line in the direction of Tucuruvi and get off at São Bento station (20 minutes), in the old part of the city. The integration ticket between bus and subway costs R$7.65.
 

Where to wait for Uber?

The Airport Bus Service (R$43.90) connects Congonhas Airport to Guarulhos. In turn, the airline GOL offers transfer services to its passengers in connection with Cumbica Airport (GRU). The shuttle stop is located on the ground floor, next to the parking lots. 
 

Is the airport handicapped accessible?

 
Congonhas Airport offers facilities for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. Boarding bridges make the connection between the passenger terminal and the aircraft, allowing passengers to board or disembark through a covered, ventilated and safe place. Ambulift, an adapted vehicle with a platform lift that provides boarding and disembarkation for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. Wheelchairs are also available. It is advisable to coordinate the appropriate services with your airline at least 48 hours before the flight. 
 

Is it open 24 hours a day?

 
Although the airport is open 24 hours a day, most services close after 10:00 pm and reopen at 6:00 am, coinciding with flight schedules. 
 

Is it possible to find a space to rest or work inside the airport?

 
The best option is to use one of the airport VIP lounges. They offer a comfortable space to work and relax, with Wi-Fi, snacks, infusions and drinks. 
 

What to do in case of loss of valuables or luggage?

 
In case of loss of documentation or belongings inside the terminal, you should contact the lost and found section, located on the first floor of the passenger terminal and open daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm (Tel +55 11 5090 9013). If your baggage or personal effects have been lost or damaged during the flight, you should contact your airline. 
 

Is there a left-luggage service?

 
Luggage storage service is provided by Malex and is available 24 hours a day. The lockers are located in the basement of the south wing (Tel +55 11 5090 9836). 
 

How much does it cost to park at Congonhas?

 
From R$39.90 per day and R$79.80 for the whole weekend. Prices vary depending on the type of space you are looking for and the period of time you need to leave your car. 
 

Are there banking services at the airport?

 
Banco Santander banking services are available in the central hall, on the first floor. Hours: Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. In addition, there are ATMs on the mezzanine, first floor and ground floor. 
 

Are there any pharmacies?

 
There is a Droga Raia pharmacy in the central hall (24 hours a day).
