Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge - Situated on level 2, open from 1 hour before the first flight to the last one. Snacks, bar, Wi-Fi, workstations, power sockets, photocopiers, printers, newspapers, magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

Air New Zealand International Lounge - Located on level 1, after security and immigration, past the duty-free sector. Open from 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to boarding. Light refreshments and bar, Wi-Fi, executive facilities, newspapers, magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

Manaia Lounge - Level 1, opposite gate 29. Open from 4:30 am to 6:00 am, 9:00 am to 10:30 am and 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. For international flights only. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Smoking area, computers, air conditioning, beverages, fax, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi. Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (during flight schedules), postal, fax and mobile phone services, VIP lounges, public telephones, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access. Conference facilities at the nearby Novotel hotel.

There are fast food outlets, cafes, bars and restaurants, especially on the first floor.

Shopping

Duty-free items are available in the Arrivals and Departures areas of the international sector. There are also shops selling books, newspapers and magazines, cosmetics, gifts, electronics. Convenience store on the ground floor.

Baggage

Free trolleys throughout the airport. Protective sealing and left luggage service at the check-in hall from 4:00 am to 4:00 pm (Tel +64 9903 5589).
