American Airlines Admirals Club – Two lounges located between gates 3 and 5 in Concourse B and at the intersection of Concourses C and D, open from 5:15 am to 10:45 pm. Wi-Fi, computers, meals, TV, newspapers, magazines, drinks. Access: with Admirals Club or Alaska Lounge+ membership, American Airlines or Oneworld airlines first or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.

American Express The Centurion Lounge – Located on the mezzanine level between Concourses D and E, open from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm. Meals, drinks, computers, family room, workstations, Wi-Fi, printing, fax and photocopy services, TV, showers, reading materials. Access: American Express Platinum/Centurion and Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders.

Delta Sky Club – Located on the mezzanine level near gate A32. Open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 4:30 am to 7:30 pm, and from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm on other days. Snacks, drinks, air conditioning, press, TV, workstations. Access: with Delta Sky Club membership or Delta SkyMiles Medallion Platinum status, Delta One passengers, SkyTeam airlines first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express/Diners Club/Trust Club Platinum Visa/Gold Visa cardholders.

Minute Suites – Two lounges open 24 hours, located in the connector between Concourses D and E and in the main atrium next to the food court. Computers, air conditioning, fax, Wi-Fi, TV, showers. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (USD65.00 for one hour).

The Club CLT – Open from 5:00 am to 9:30 pm, located before gates A22 and A21. Computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, TV, air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (USD45.00).

USO Center – Located in the main atrium of the terminal on the second floor, open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Books, magazines, TV, snacks, entertainment, computers, Wi-Fi, power outlets, fax, phones, printers, air conditioning, baby care facilities, children’s play area, luggage storage. Facilities and other services

The airport has currency exchange offices (6:30 am to 8:00 pm), ATMs, VIP lounges, power outlets for electronic devices, and free Wi-Fi access.

Food & Drink

Throughout the main terminal building there are numerous restaurants, fast food outlets, cafés and bars. Pronto (level 1), Beatrix Market, Cí­ao Gourmet Market, Rhino Market & Deli and Starbucks (level 2) are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in Concourse D, as well as stores selling souvenirs, newspapers, books, clothing and accessories, electronics, jewellery, sweets, cosmetics, sports goods, footwear.

Baggage

The lost and found office is located in Zone 4 of the baggage claim area and operates from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Tel +1 704 359 8765; online form).
