American Airlines Admirals Club

Given CLT’s importance as an American Airlines hub, there are three lounges offering Wi-Fi, snacks, a full bar, work areas, and showers (at select locations).

Location: one in Concourse A (next to gate A1), another in Concourse B (between gates 3 and 5), and one at the intersection of Concourses C and D.

Hours:

• Concourse A: 6:15 am to 9:15 pm
• Concourse B: 4:15 am to 10:45 pm
• Concourses C and D: 5:15 am to 10:45 pm

Access: Admirals Club membership, Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive World Elite Mastercard®, business or first class passengers on qualifying flights, and oneworld Emerald/Sapphire members.

American Express The Centurion Lounge

Features a chef-curated menu, cocktail bar, family rooms, workstations, and showers.

Location: Mezzanine level, in the connector between Concourses D and E, above the retail area known as “The Plaza”.

Hours: 5:30 am to 10:30 pm.

Access: American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders, and Delta SkyMiles® Reserve (when flying with Delta).

Delta Sky Club

Offers a complimentary bar, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a selection of fresh food.

Location: Concourse A, mezzanine level, near gate A32.

Hours: Sunday to Friday from 4:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturdays from 5:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Access: Sky Club membership, Delta One passengers, and eligible cardholders (Amex Platinum/Delta Reserve) traveling on Delta.

The Club CLT

Offers relaxation areas, a bar, workstations, and showers.

Location: Concourse A, before reaching gates A21 and A22.

Hours: 5:00 am to 9:30 pm.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, Diners Club, or pay at the door (subject to availability).

Minute Suites

Private spaces ideal for napping or working in silence. Each suite includes a sofa bed, desk, TV, and Wi-Fi.

Locations:
1. Main Atrium: Level 2, near the food court (open 24 hours).
2. D/E Connector: Near the food court (open 24 hours).

Access: Priority Pass (1 free hour) or direct booking.

Gameway

Entertainment lounge with high-end video game stations (Xbox, PlayStation, PC).

Location: Concourse E, across from gate E36.

Hours: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Access: Priority Pass (includes 1 hour of gaming + snack + drink) or direct payment.

USO Lounge

A “home away from home” exclusively for military members and their families, featuring a library, game room, snacks, rest areas, luggage storage, and travel assistance.

Location: Atrium, second floor, overlooking the central hall.

Hours: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Access: Exclusive to active-duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.

Facilities and other services

Finance and Connectivity

The airport features Bank of America ATMs located throughout the facility. Currency exchange services (Currency Exchange International) are available in the Atrium (Departures) and in Concourse D (International Arrivals).

Internet: Free high-speed Wi-Fi access is available via the “CLT Free WiFi” network. In addition, there are plenty of charging stations and power outlets integrated into seating areas throughout the terminal.

Dining

There is an extensive selection of restaurants, cafés, and bars, primarily concentrated in the central Atrium and the “The Plaza” area, as well as in each concourse. The variety includes North Carolina local cuisine, international chains, and fast food. For passengers on late-night flights or early-morning layovers, options such as Starbucks, Rhino Market & Deli, and Beatrix Market often offer extended or 24-hour service at select locations.

Shopping

Duty-free shops are located in Concourse D (international gates). The airport also offers a wide range of electronics, fashion, newsstands, books, and regional gift shops.

Baggage Services

• Luggage carts: Available in the arrivals areas and parking facilities for a small fee.
• Lost and Found: The Lost and Found office is located at the Welcome Center (Level 1, Baggage Claim area, Zone 4). It operates from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Claims should preferably be initiated through the official online form.

Other Services

• Chapel: A space for prayer and meditation located in the Atrium (upper level), open 24 hours a day.
• Nursing Rooms: Private rooms equipped with comfortable seating and power outlets, available in all concourses.
