Casablanca airport (CMN)

Mohammed V International Airport, opened in 1943, is the busiest in Morocco. It concentrates most international flights to cities in Europe, Africa, America and the Middle East, in addition to domestic flights.

There are information offices and display screens in the Arrivals and Departures areas of each terminal. A tourist office is also available on level 0 of Terminal 1.

Casablanca airport is located 30 km (19 miles) to the south of the city.

Public and private transportation

Bus

CTM (Tel +212 800 090 030) operates a service between the airport and the city every hour from 7:30 am to 0:00 am, with a trip of 45 minutes. Stops include Boulevard Abdelmoumen, Boulevard Hassan II, Place de Bandoeng and CTM terminal. There are also buses to Rabat, with a journey time of 90 min. More information

Train

There are ONCF trains (Tel +212 537 774 747) from level -1 of Terminal 1 that leave every hour between 3:00 am and 10:00 pm to Oasis, Casa Voyageurs, Casa Port and Ain Sebaa stations. The trip to the city centre takes around 45 minutes. Timetables and fares

Taxi

Ranks are found outside the Arrivals area. There are two types of vehicles available 24 hours a day: petit taxis, red-coloured, that can only operate inside the city, and grand taxis, white and more expensive. The trip to downtown Casablanca takes 30-40 minutes.
