Cotonou airport (COO)

Cotonou Cadjehoun Cardinal Bernardin Gantin International Airport is the busiest in Benin and serves both the city of Cotonou (the most populated in the country) and the capital, Porto Novo. It operates with flights to several destinations in Africa and some locations in Europe.

Cotonou airport is located 5 km (3 miles) to the west of the city centre.

Taxi - Ranks are found in front of the main entrance of the terminal and cabs are yellow and green. Journey time to the city centre is around 20-25 minutes.
