Copenhagen-Kastrup Airport (CPH), opened on 20 April 1925, is Denmark’s main aviation hub and the busiest in the Nordic countries. It serves the Copenhagen region and southern Sweden, including the city of Malmö, connected via the Oresund Bridge. It operates an extensive network of domestic, European and intercontinental flights to destinations in North America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Terminals
The airport has two operational terminals, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3, both open 24 hours a day. A complimentary bus service connects the terminals, car parks, car rental centre and train station throughout the day, with a frequency of 10 to 20 minutes.

Information counters are available in the central hall and between both terminals, from 7:00 to 22:00.

Copenhagen Airport offers a wide range of parking options, from car parks with direct access to the terminal to budget areas. All facilities are fenced, monitored 24/7, and equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.
Parking Options
Terminal Parking (Short and Long Stay)
P1, P3, P5, P9, P10, P11, P12: Covered and open-air car parks located 5–10 minutes’ walk from the terminals. Ideal for short and medium stays.
P4, P6, P7, P8: Covered car parks with direct, climate-controlled access to Terminals 2 and 3. The most convenient option.
Valet Parking (P6): Valet service available. Advance online booking is recommended.
Budget Parking (Long Stay)
P15, P17, P19: Budget areas located further from the terminals. A free shuttle bus connects these car parks with the terminals every 15–20 minutes.
Pick-up & Drop-off
Kiss & Fly Zone: Located on the ground floor of car park P4. The first 15 minutes are free, ideal for a quick farewell.
P Ankomst: Designated area in front of Terminal 3 for a free 15-minute stop.
Motorcycles and Bicycles
The airport provides dedicated spaces for motorcycle and bicycle parking. Check the signage at the airport to find the exact location.

Facilities for passengers with special needs
Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is committed to ensuring an accessible and comfortable experience for all passengers. It offers a wide range of services and facilities for people with reduced mobility or disabilities, as well as for unaccompanied minors and passengers with non-visible conditions.

Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility
Passengers may request assistance through the Falck Assistance service, which must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. It covers assistance from arrival at the airport to boarding, as well as upon arrival at the destination.
Hidden disabilities
CPH participates in the international Sunflower Lanyard programme. Passengers with non-visible special needs may wear a green lanyard with sunflowers to indicate to staff that they require additional support. Unaccompanied minors
Children travelling alone are escorted from their arrival at the airport to the boarding gate and supervised during the flight.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs with the appropriate documentation are allowed in all public areas of the airport. It is recommended to notify the airline in advance of this requirement.
Accessible parking
Reserved spaces are available in most car parks, free of charge for up to 90 minutes for dropping off or picking up passengers, with convenient access to the terminals via lifts.
