Terminal 2

Air China Domestic First/Business Class Lounge - Located next to Gate 154, Piers E-F, open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Meals, newspapers, workstations, beverages, TV, private rooms, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: Air China Platinum/Gold/Silver members, first or business class passengers of Air China and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

China Eastern VIP Lounge - Located opposite Gate 139, Pier D, open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Business centre, beverages, computers, TV, meals, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines. Access: first or business class passengers of China Eastern Airlines and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

First Class Lounge 1 - Open from 5:00 am to 11:30 pm, located opposite Gate 11, 100 metres from Check-in Island P. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Express check-in, Wi-Fi, meals, newspapers and magazines, beverages, electric vehicle transport service. Access: with DragonPass membership.

First Class Lounge 2 - Located opposite Gate 11, 100 metres from Check-in Island N, open from 5:00 am to 11:30 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Express check-in, Wi-Fi, newspapers, beverages, meals, electric vehicle transport service. Access: with DragonPass membership.

First Class Lounge 3 - Fourth floor, accessible via lifts on both sides of the information desk next to security checkpoint DE. Open from 5:00 am to 11:30 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Duty-free and convenience stores, as well as shops selling cosmetics, fashion and accessories, toys, jewellery, liquor, tobacco, books, electronics, souvenirs, local products, mainly in Terminal 2.

Luggage

Free trolleys in the Arrivals and Departures Halls and in corridors D, E, F, and G. Plastic baggage stamping and left-luggage services behind check-in counters N and P in Terminal 2, from 4:30 am until the last flight (Tel +86 28 8520 7220). Lost and found office behind check-in counter N in Terminal 2, open from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm (Tel +86 28 8520 7230).
