Terminal 2

Terminal 3
Mera Business Lounge - Open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. After security and passport control, exit the duty-free sector and turn right towards the 'Bubba Gump' restaurant, turn right again and the lounge is at the end of the corridor. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, telephones. Access: with DragonPass membership, by online reservation or paying at the door (USD33.00).
The Lounge - Located at the end of the corridor to the right of the main entrance, before the security checkpoint. Open 24 hours a day. Terminal 4
Mera Business Lounge Domestic - Situated adjacent to gate 54, open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay is 2 hours. Snacks, showers, telephones, TV, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi, printers. Access: with DragonPass membership, by online reservation or by paying at the door (USD33.00).
Mera Business Lounge International - Available from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm next to gates 67A-68F. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Sleeping cabins, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, showers, telephones. Access: with DragonPass membership, by online reservation or paying at the door (USD33.00).
The Lounge in Partnership with Air Transat - Open 24 hours a day and located to the left of gate 55. The airport has a bank (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm), currency exchange bureaus, ATMs, mailboxes, VIP lounges, public phones, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access for 60 minutes.
What is there to eat?
Terminals 2 and 3 have a diverse range of fast food outlets, cafes, bars, pizzerias, restaurants and ice cream parlors, while Terminal 4 has a couple of options. Some of the shops in terminals 2 and 4 are open 24 hours a day.
Are there Duty Free and other stores?
Duty free shops in the boarding area of terminals 2, 3 and 4, convenience stores, accessories, clothing, souvenirs, books, magazines, newspapers, jewelry, handicrafts.
There is a protective luggage sealing service throughout the airport, available from 3:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Left-luggage services at Cancun Airport
At this time, the airport does not have lockers or luggage storage areas.
Lost and found office
The lost and found department is operated by the security office (Tel +52 998 848 7200 ext. 21253; e-mail: lostfound@asur.com.mx), which is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Only the owners of the items can claim them. This must be done by telephone or in person.
