There are information counters between the baggage claim area and the security checkpoint in Terminal 1 (Tel +1 703 417 3972), and on the Departures and baggage levels of Terminal 2 (Tel +1 703 417 1806 / 2664 / 2667). They operate Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturdays from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sundays from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Additionally, courtesy blue phones are available throughout the facility to request information.
The airport is located in Crystal City, next to the Potomac River, and only 5 km (3.5 miles) south of downtown Washington D.C.

Facilities include elevators, Braille signage, public transportation systems equipped for transporting passengers with reduced mobility, service animal relief areas, designated spaces in the parking lots, accessible restrooms and security checkpoints, and adapted phones.
