Which are the Vip lounges at Washington National airport (DCA) and how to access:

Given the nature of Reagan National Airport as a government and business hub, the lounge offering is robust, especially in Terminal 2. However, it is important to note that there are no Priority Pass affiliated lounges at this airport.

Terminal 1

USO Lounge

A quiet and well-equipped haven exclusive to members of the armed forces and their families, located in the historic building of the original terminal.

Location: First floor, across from the Lost & Found office.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm; weekends from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Services: Snacks and beverages, rest area, library, game room, computers, and secure Wi-Fi.

Access: Active duty military, reserve and national guard, and their dependents (with valid military ID).

Terminal 2

American Airlines Admirals Club

As a main hub for American, the airport features three strategically distributed lounges. The Concourse E lounge is the newest and most spacious.

Locations:

  • Concourse C: Mezzanine level, near gate C23.
  • Concourse D: Mezzanine level, near gate D36.
  • Concourse E: Mezzanine level, near gate E46.

Hours: Vary slightly by location, generally opening at 4:45 am and closing between 7:30 pm and 10:00 pm (the Concourse E club usually has the most extended hours).

Services: Full bar, complimentary snacks, a la carte food (for purchase), reservation assistance, Wi-Fi.

Access: Admirals Club members, Flagship Business/First passengers on qualifying flights, Oneworld Emerald/Sapphire members, Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive World Elite Mastercard® holders, uniformed military personnel.

American Express The Centurion Lounge

Recently opened, this lounge offers a premium experience with signature cuisine and views of the airfield and the Potomac River.

Location: National Hall (secure area), near the entrance to Concourse B. Accessed via an elevator located behind the security checkpoints.

Hours: Sunday to Friday from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm; Saturdays from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Services: Gourmet cuisine designed by local chefs, premium cocktail bar, family room, showers, workspaces, high-speed Wi-Fi.

Access: American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders, and Delta SkyMiles Reserve (only when flying with Delta).

Delta Sky Club

A renovated space with modern design and ample seating.

Location: Concourse B, upper level, near gate B15.

Hours: Sunday to Friday from 5:00 am to 9:30 pm; Saturdays from 5:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Services: Hot and cold buffet, complimentary bar (and premium options for purchase), Wi-Fi, travel assistance.

Access: Delta Sky Club members, Delta One passengers, American Express Platinum cardholders (flying with Delta), SkyTeam Elite Plus members (on international itineraries).

United Club

Location: Concourse B, across from gate B11.

Hours: Daily from 5:30 am to 8:30 pm.

Services: Breakfast and light snacks, bar, Wi-F

Facilities and other services

 

Reagan National Airport offers a range of services designed for business travelers and tourists, combining the historic architecture of Terminal 1 with the modernity of Terminal 2. Throughout the facility, you will find charging stations for mobile devices (power outlets and USB) integrated into the seating in the gate areas.

Wi-Fi Connection: Internet access is free and unlimited in all terminals. You must select the "FlyReagan" network.

Financial Services:
There are Capital One Bank ATMs and other interbank networks distributed in both public areas (pre-security) and gate areas (post-security).
Note: As it is primarily a domestic airport, it does not have currency exchange offices.

Mail: USPS mailboxes are available in the pre-security areas of Terminal 2.

Dining

DCA is characterized by a strong presence of local Washington D.C. brands, in addition to international chains. You will find full-service restaurants, bars, and fast food.

Location: Following the "Project Journey" renovation, the vast majority of dining options in National Hall (Terminal 2) are now located past security, allowing passengers to eat and drink near their boarding gates without rushing.

Shopping

The retail offering includes recognized clothing brands, bookstores, electronics, capital souvenirs, and travel items.

Distribution: Like the dining options, the highest concentration of shops is located in National Hall (Terminal 2, airside), accessible to passengers with boarding passes for gates B, C, D, and E.

Luggage

Luggage Carts: Managed by Smarte Carte, these are available for rent in the baggage claim areas, at the arrivals curb, and in the parking garages.

Lost and Found: The central office manages items left in the terminals and airport shuttle buses. If you left something on the plane, contact your airline. For items lost at the security checkpoint, contact the TSA.

  • Location: Terminal 1, first floor (near the entrance to the Historic Lobby).
  • Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Contact: An online form must be completed to initiate the search.

Other Services

Chapel: An interfaith space located at the south end of Terminal 1 (across from Gate 9), open 24 hours for meditation and prayer.

Nursing Rooms: Private spaces for mothers equipped with comfortable chairs, a sink, and power outlets.
Locations:
- Terminal 1: Between the security checkpoint and Gate 9.
- Terminal 2: National Hall (near the Metro entrance), and in Concourses B, C, D, and E.

Pet Relief Areas:
Indoor (Post-security): Terminal 1 (near Gate 5), Terminal 2 (near gates E46, D30, C24, and B14).
Outdoor (Pre-security): At the north and south ends of Terminal 2 (Ticketing Level) and near Terminal 1.

Conference Rooms: The "Historic Lobby" in Terminal 1, restored to its original 1941 style, offers spaces that can be rented for special events and meetings, although they do not function as a walk-in business center.
