Terminal 1

Encalm Lounge - Mezzanine of concourse D, Terminal 1. Open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, TV, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by booking online or paying at the door.

Terminal 2

Encalm Lounge - Situated on the food court level and open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay is 2 hours. Shoe shine, air conditioning, TV, snacks, newspapers, telephones, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by booking online or paying at the door.

Terminal 3

Air India Maharaja Lounge - On the mezzanine level, open 24 hours a day. Wi-Fi, drinks, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers. Access: with Flying Returns Golden Edge or Maharaja Club membership, Air India and Star Alliance airlines first and business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

American Express Lounge - Located adjacent to gates 27/28 and open 24 hours a day. Gourmet food and beverages, Wi-Fi, workstations, TV. Access: American Express Platinum or Centurion cardholders.

Domestic Lounge - Situated on the mezzanine, adjacent to the food court, in the domestic boarding area. Open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Shoe shine, air conditioning, TV, refreshments, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership.

Encalm Lounge - Three lounges located on the mezzanine, domestic boarding area and adjacent to gate 4 (Arrivals level). Available 24 hours a day, with a maximum stay of 2 hours. Luggage storage, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, newspapers, conference facilities, telephones. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Facilities and other services

 
The airport has currency exchange bureaux, ATMs, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access. Adjacent to Terminal 3, on the ground floor of the metro building, is a business centre with meeting and conference facilities.

Food and Drinks

Several options (some open 24 hours a day) are available, especially in the Departures area of Terminal 3, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops and fast food outlets.

Shopping

Duty-free items in the International Arrivals and Departures areas of Terminal 3. There are also retailers selling books, newspapers and magazines, alcoholic beverages, accessories, sweets, electronics, handicrafts, cosmetics, perfumes, fashion, jewellery, flowers, souvenirs.

Baggage

Trolleys available throughout the terminals. Porters in the Arrivals and Departures Halls (Tel +91 636 658 1115). Secure luggage wrapping in the check-in area of terminals 2 and 3. Left luggage service in the connecting building of Terminal 3 (Tel +91 880 049 3889).
