Don Mueang International Airport, opened on 27 March 1914 and considered one of the oldest airports in the world, mainly operates low-cost flights in the Thai capital area and usually connects to domestic tourist destinations. Passengers requiring special assistance should contact their airline before their arrival. The premises include lifts, adapted toilets and telephones, as well as designated parking spaces. Unaccompanied minors aged between 8 and 11 will be supervised by the relevant airline staff through the appropriate procedures.
