Bangkok Don Mueang airport (DMK)

Don Mueang International Airport, opened on 27 March 1914 and considered one of the oldest airports in the world, mainly operates low-cost flights in the Thai capital area and usually connects to domestic tourist destinations. It also offers international flights to neighbouring countries and destinations in Southeast Asia and the Far East.

Number of Terminals – 2 – Terminal 1 (international flights) and Terminal 2 (domestic flights), open 24 hours a day. They are connected from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm by a shuttle bus service that departs every 15–20 minutes.

The airport is located 23 km (15 miles) northeast of the Siam business district and 25 km (16.5 miles) from Hua Lamphong central railway station.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

Passengers requiring special assistance should contact their airline before their arrival. The premises include lifts, adapted toilets and telephones, as well as designated parking spaces.
