Once you arrive at the airport and have collected your luggage, you can request a transfer via the Grab app. Your driver will be waiting outside the first floor of Terminal 2, Gate 14. You can follow the instructions in the app to reach the meeting point.Bus
Several BMTA services (Tel +66 88 907 8066) depart from Gate 6 and the service hall in Terminal 1:
- A1: Mo Chit (every 15 min. from 5:45 am to 0:00 am)
- A2: Victory Monument (every 15 min. from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm)
- A3: Lumpini Park (every 30 min. from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm)
- A4: Sanam Luang (every 30 min. from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm)
- 555: Suvarnabhumi Airport (Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 9:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 6:10 pm)
The company Goose (Tel +66 64 148 6634) offers transfers to Silom and Bang Khun Phrom every 45 min. between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm, departing from Gate 10 of Terminal 2.
Free services are also available between Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi airports from 5:00 am to 0:00 am, with a frequency of 30 min. Departures from Gate 3 of Terminal 1 and Gate 14 of Terminal 2. More information: Tel +66 2 535 1248.
The Limo Bus (Tel +66 65 529 2291) goes to Khaosan and Silom from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. It departs from Gates 7 and 15 of Terminal 1.
Train
The station is located about 500 metres away and is connected to the premises via a bridge on the second floor of Terminal 1. From there, the Dark Red Line of the State Railway of Thailand (Tel +66 1690) departs to Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal, in the city centre, where connections can be made to the rest of the country, and to Rangsit. Intermediate stops include Lak Hok, Kan Kheha, Lak Si, Thung Song Hong, Bang Khen, Wat Samian Nari, and Chatuchak. The journey time is around 50 minutes.Rent a Car
Taxi
Metered taxis are available outside Gate 8 of Terminal 1 and Gate 15 of Terminal 2 (Tel +66 2 535 3653 / 1247 / 3654). It is advisable to have your destination written in Thai. The journey to the city centre can take between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on traffic.
Next to Gate 7 of Terminal 1 you will also find counters for Cabb VIP Taxi (Tel +66 65 984 8945 / 8919) and EV Society Vip Taxi (electric vehicles) (Tel +66 95 720 3148) for bookings.
