The airport is located in the suburb of Eaton, 13 km (8 miles) northeast of Darwin.

The site has three car parks that operate 24 hours a day. Payment can be made within the parking lot itself or at one of the stations located on the ground floor of the terminal. Short Stay - Short stay area in front of the main building. No charge for the first 10 minutes.
Long Stay Plus - For long stays, to the left of the terminal entrance.
Long Stay Saver - Low-cost long-stay sector, 6 minutes from the terminal via a covered walkway, with courtesy bus service on request.
Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs are advised to notify their airline or travel agent of their needs at the time of booking. Designated parking spaces are available on either side of the pedestrian walkways leading into the terminal. There are also escalators, elevators and adapted toilets.
