Terminal 1

Ahlan Business Class Lounge – Concourse D, Level 2, above the boarding gates. Open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Al Majlis Lounge – Located in Concourse D and open 24 hours a day. Catering, beverages, transport, duty-free items, VIP parking, prayer rooms, personal assistant. Access: via online booking or paying at the door.

British Airways Lounge – First floor of Concourse D, past the duty-free section. Open from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am. Workstations, Wi-Fi, food and drinks, entertainment. Access: with Gold Executive Club/Silver membership, British Airways first or business class passengers, Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Gulf Air Falcon Gold Lounge – Upper level of the duty-free area. Open from 5:00 am to 0:00 am. Business services, buffet, showers. Access: with Falconflyer Black/Gold/Silver membership, Gulf Air business class passengers.

Lufthansa Lounge – Available from 5:30 am to 9:30 am and from 9:30 pm to 2:20 am on the mezzanine of Concourse D. Showers, Wi-Fi, TV, press, snacks, beverages. Access: Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, and Star Alliance airlines first class passengers, Miles & More HON Circle/Senator or Star Alliance Gold members.

Marhaba Lounge – Arrivals level of Concourse D, before immigration, open around the clock, with a maximum stay of 3 hours. Terminal 2

Terminal 3

Facilities and other services

The airport has currency exchange offices (24 hours), ATMs, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, internet kiosks, and free Wi-Fi access. The Dubai International Hotel, in Terminal 3, offers executive services and meeting and conference rooms.

Food & Drinks

There are numerous options in all three terminals, especially in the boarding areas. These include cafés, bars, pizzerias, regional and international restaurants, ice cream parlours, bakeries, fast food outlets, and confectioneries. Most are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in the Departures areas, supermarket, convenience stores, electronics, fashion, cosmetics, perfumes, liquor, tobacco, newspapers and magazines, books, souvenirs, accessories, jewellery.

Luggage

Trolleys are available free of charge throughout the premises. Porters at the terminal entrances and in the baggage claim area.
