Opened in early 2025 following a complete refurbishment, this lounge is located on the first floor, after the security checkpoint (next to Starbucks, opposite gates 11 and 12). It offers a calm environment for working or relaxing before the flight.
Opening Hours: Daily from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm.
Services: Food and beverage buffet, relaxation areas, private booths for calls and work, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and digital newspapers.
Access:
- Privium Plus members and their guests (subject to the conditions of their membership).
- American Express Platinum cardholders (provided they have activated and present their physical Privium card).
- Purchase of an individual pass for €45.00. The pass can be bought online or directly at reception if the flight departs within 6 hours.
- Children under 2 years of age are admitted free of charge.
Business and Meeting Centre
Also located on the first floor, this centre features five meeting rooms of various sizes and a spacious foyer. It is operated in cooperation with the Tulip Inn hotel and offers panoramic views of the runway and apron.

Finance and Connectivity
The airport offers financial services operated by GWK Travelex, including a currency exchange office and cash machines located throughout the terminal. Passengers have access to free and unlimited Wi-Fi in all areas of the building.
Food and Drink
The food and beverage offering is varied and includes cafés, bars and restaurants both in the public area and beyond security control. Notable establishments include Starbucks, The Cloud Club and La Place. A key point of interest is the Panorama Terrace, a free-access terrace on the first floor with views of the aircraft apron and food and drink options.
Shopping and Duty Free
After security control, passengers will find the B&S Shop Fly store, offering duty-free items such as perfumes, cosmetics, spirits and tobacco. In the public and departure areas there are also convenience stores (AH to go), fashion, accessories, books and newsagents (Relay).
Baggage Services
- Luggage Trolleys: Available in the car parks and in the departure and arrival areas. Use may require a deposit via coin or an electronic payment system.
- Lost Property: The airport manages lost item recovery through the external platform iLost. You can check whether your item has been found via this official search link.
Other Services
The airport provides several facilities for passenger comfort, including children’s play areas, massage chairs, a meditation room and photo booths. Baby-changing facilities are also available in the restrooms.
