Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Please note that some published services and schedules may be subject to change. If the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are about to board.
Spending the night at the airport
Exeter Airport is open 24 hours a day, so you can spend the night inside the enclosure if you don't want to check into a hotel. Pack a sleeping bag or blankets for comfort.
Where to rest: There aren't many comfortable places inside the terminal, so you'll probably sleep on the floor. On the other hand, there is a VIP lounge in the Departures Hall, although it closes at night, and there is a hotel next to the terminal.
Baggage: As there are no baggage storage offices, you'll have to stay with your luggage until you can check in.
Eating and drinking: The shops inside the terminal are closed at night.
Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, baby changing facilities, prayer room, children's entertainment area.
