Münster Osnabrück airport (FMO)

Münster-Osnabrück Airport, opened on 21 December 1966, is a minor airport in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It serves the northern Ruhr region, Lower Saxony, Emsland, Westphalia, and part of the Netherlands. It operates domestic and international flights to various destinations within Europe and North Africa, mostly seasonal.

Number of Terminals - 2 - Terminal 1 (Arrivals) and Terminal 2 (Departures). Open 24 hours a day and located within the same building.

 Location

The airport is located near Greven, 25 km (16 miles) north of Münster and 35 km (22 miles) south of Osnabrück.

Sixt (Tel +49 2571 91 513) operates a car rental office in Terminal 2. It is open Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
