For passengers seeking a quieter and more comfortable environment before departure, Genoa Airport offers an exclusive lounge with services designed for both relaxation and productivity, particularly for business travellers.

Sala Genova

The lounge is located on the first floor (departure level), on the right-hand side of the check-in counters. It is situated in the landside area, i.e. before security and passport control. Its modern design and relaxed atmosphere provide a pleasant waiting experience prior to boarding.

Opening Hours: Available from 5:30 am to 7:00 pm (closing times may vary depending on the schedule of the last flight of the day).

Services:

• Sweet and savoury snacks, pastries and light refreshments.
• Hot drinks, soft drinks, and a selection of wines and spirits.
• High-speed Wi-Fi connection and charging stations for mobile devices.
• Relaxation area with television, national and international press (digital format), and flight information screens.

• Memberships: DragonPass.
• Business class passengers or frequent flyer status holders of partner airlines (please check with the airline).
• Day pass purchase: Access can be purchased directly at the lounge reception or via online booking. The current fee is €18.00 per person.

Note: Passengers accessing the Sala Genova may also benefit from the Fast Track lane to speed up the security screening process.

Genoa Airport offers a wide range of services to ensure passenger comfort while waiting for their flight, including high-speed connectivity and retail options tailored to the needs of the modern traveller.

Connectivity and Financial Services

Access to the "Airport Free WiFi" network is available, allowing free browsing for up to 3 hours. In addition, charging stations and power sockets are strategically distributed for mobile devices. In the arrivals area (ground floor), there is an ATM available for cash withdrawals, while on the departures level there is a Change Italia office for currency exchange.

The Tower Genova Airport Hotel, located in the immediate vicinity of the airport, features meeting and conference rooms, making it a convenient option for business trips or layovers.

Dining

The dining options include cafés, snack bars and restaurants located both in the public arrivals area and in the departures area. Several venues offer typical products from the Liguria region, along with vending machines selling drinks and snacks available throughout the terminal.

Shopping and Duty Free

After passing through security controls, passengers have access to a Duty Free shop offering perfumes, spirits and tobacco. The terminal also features retail outlets dedicated to fashion, accessories, books, newspapers and a selection of local gastronomic products (pesto, oils and wines).

Baggage Services

• Luggage Trolleys: Available throughout the arrivals and departures levels, as well as in the car parks. The service requires a €1.00 deposit.
• Baggage Wrapping: Protective luggage wrapping is available in the check-in area (departures).

Other Services

The terminal has a pharmacy in the departures area and a first aid station operating for medical emergencies. For families, there are clearly signposted nursing rooms and baby changing facilities. There is also a children’s play area in the departures zone and a nearby post office.
