Terminal 1

Song Hong Premium Lounge - Available from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm on the third floor, next to gates 4-9. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Smoking area, luggage storage, shoe shine, computers, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers, telephones, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door (USD18.36).

Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge - Third floor, next to gate D, open from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Snacks, telephones, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, TV, computers, beverages, fax, air conditioning. Access: with DragonPass, LotusMiles Gold or Platinum membership, Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam airlines business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Terminal 2

NIA Business Lounge - Fourth floor, above gate 31. Available from 7:00 am to 11:30 pm. Variety of European and Asian food, beverages, workstations, computers, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, showers, smoking area. Access: paying at the door.

Song Hong Business Lounge - Next to gate 28, on the fourth floor, open from 6:30 am to 2:00 am, with a maximum stay of 3 hours. Smoking area, luggage storage, shoeshine, computers, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, showers, newspaper, telephones, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door (USD33.24).

Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge - Level 3, next to gate 28, open from 5:00 am to 1:00 am. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Printers, Wi-Fi, TV, showers, massage chairs, smoking area, air conditioning, fax, snacks, newspapers, beverages, computers, telephones. Facilities and other services

The airport has a bank, currency exchange bureaux, ATMs, VIP lounges, power sockets for electrical devices and free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks

There are coffee shops, fast food outlets and restaurants before and after the security checkpoint at both terminals.

Shopping

Duty-free shops on the first and third floors of Terminal 2, as well as retailers selling souvenirs, gifts, books, clothing, local products.

Baggage

Free trolleys available in the Arrivals and Departures Halls. Secure wrapping on the second floor of Terminal 1, halls A, B and E, and on the third floor of Terminal 2. Luggage storage on the second floor of the east wing of Terminal 2 (Tel +84 435 876 599).
