Frankfurt - Hahn airport (HHN)

Frankfurt-Hahn Airport, opened on 30 September 1993, serves as an alternative to Frankfurt Airport. It is also a major cargo airport due to its location equidistant between the cities of Frankfurt and Luxembourg. It operates flights to various destinations within Europe and North Africa, primarily with low-cost airlines.

The airport is located in the municipality of Hahn, 10 km (6.25 miles) from Kirchberg, 20 km (12.5 miles) from Simmern, and 120 km (75 miles) west of Frankfurt.

Terminal Kurzzeit – Short-stay area next to the terminal. The first 10 minutes are free of charge.
P1 – Multi-storey facility directly in front of the main building.
