The arrivals and baggage claim level houses the AeroTrain platform, Z gates and gates A and B, as well as the shuttle bus to gates D. To the right of this level is the international arrivals building. Services and amenities include ATMs, infirmary, baggage claim carousels 1-15, lost and found, VIP lounges, and access to the Silver Line Express at Gate 4.
The security level is reached via an elevator or escalator and is divided into east and west security checkpoints. From there, passengers proceed to gates Z (on the left), gates A and B via a pedestrian walkway, or gates C and D via a shuttle service.
The AeroTrain level, between the lower and upper levels, is reached by an elevator or escalator, serving gates A, B and C.
On the upper level are the check-in counters, with two security checkpoints (east and west) and TSA pre-check registration centers, leading to Gates Z (Z6-Z10), the passenger walkway to Gates A and B, and the shuttle service to Gates D. Here you have currency exchange services, charging stations for electronic devices, pet relief areas, gift stores and information desks.
Concourse A
Contains 47 gates (A1-A32). Gates A1-A6 are used by United Express.
You'll find currency exchange services, a chapel, nursing room, pet relief area, VIP lounges and charging stations.
Concourse B
Comprised of 28 gates (B37-B79).
It has charging stations, a children's play area and a nursing room.
Concourse C
It has 22 doors (C1-C28).

Concourse D
Contains 22 doors (D1-D32).
Provides currency exchange services, nursing room, charging stations, pet relief area.
Connection between the Main Terminal and Concourses
The AeroTrain is an automated train service that transfers passengers between the Main Terminal and the gates for domestic and international flights and domestic arrivals. Passengers arriving on most international flights do not use the AeroTrain because they must first clear U.S. Customs. The Terminal station is located past the security checkpoints. Travel time: less than 2 minutes between stations.
