Terminal A

Federal Airlines Lounge – Located 5 minutes from the terminal, open during flight hours. Snacks, Wi-Fi, showers, garden. Access: FedAir passengers.

Mashonzha Lounge – Open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm after immigration control. Maximum stay: 4 hours. Smoking area, computers, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. South African Airways International Platinum Lounge – In the duty-free area, accessible by lift, open from 6:00 am to 0:30 am. Bidvest Premier Lounge – After security checks, accessible via the lift behind the ‘Sweet Shop’. Open from 4:30 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Facilities and other services

The airport has banks, ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (5:00 am to 10:00 pm), post office, VIP lounges, public telephones, mobile phone services, internet kiosks, and complimentary Wi-Fi access for 4 hours. Within Terminal B, there is a conference centre offering various services and meeting rooms.

Food and Drinks

There are several coffee shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, bars, and fast food outlets throughout the enclosure.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in Terminal A. Retail outlets sell accessories, souvenirs, books, newspapers, music, clothing, footwear, cosmetics, perfumes, electronics, flowers, jewellery, liquor, tobacco, sports goods, sweets.

Baggage

Trolleys and porters in orange uniforms are available inside the terminals and at the passenger drop-off zones. Left luggage service in the basement of Terminal A (Tel +27 11 390 2318/9). Contact the offices of the relevant airline in case of lost luggage.
