Karachi airport (KHI)

Jinnah International Airport, opened on 15 October 1932, is the most important in Pakistan and one of the oldest continuously operating airports in the world. It operates routes to domestic destinations and international flights within the Middle East and Asia.

Number of Terminals – 1 – Open 24 hours a day. The terminal is divided into two concourses, East for international flights and West for domestic flights.

The airport is located 16 km (10 miles) northeast of the city of Karachi.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

Passengers with special needs should contact their airline before arriving at the airport. Wheelchairs can be requested at dedicated counters located in the Arrivals and Departures Halls. Designated parking spaces, a separate immigration desk, accessible toilets, lifts and ramps are available.
