Katowice Airport features two lounges designed to provide comfort, privacy and a wide range of services for both business travellers and those seeking a relaxed environment before their flight.
Business Lounge (Terminal A)
This lounge is intended for passengers travelling to destinations outside the Schengen Area.
- Location: Departures area, ground floor, next to boarding gate 1 (after passport control).
- Opening hours: From 4:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Services: Buffet with hot and cold snacks, a selection of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, international newspapers, free Wi-Fi, televisions and workstations.
- Access: Via Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe or TAV Passport memberships. Access is also available to business class passengers of partner airlines or by paying a one-off entry fee at reception.
Business Lounge (Terminal B)
Exclusively for passengers flying to destinations within the Schengen Area.
- Location: First floor (Level 2) of the departures area, immediately after passing through the security checkpoint.
- Opening hours: From 4:30 am to 10:00 pm.
- Services: Full food offering, hot and cold drinks, spirits, computers with internet access, comfortable lounge seating and air conditioning.
- Additional Benefit: Access to this lounge usually includes a complimentary Fast Track service to speed up security screening.
- Access: DragonPass, LoungeMe and TAV Passport memberships. Access is also available by purchasing an entry pass directly at the desk.

Katowice Airport offers a wide range of services to ensure passenger comfort, with modern facilities distributed across its three terminals.
Finance and Communications
Cash machines from various banking networks are available in both public and airside areas. Currency exchange offices (Kantor) are located on the ground floor of Terminals A and B, and in the arrivals area of Terminal C, with opening hours aligned to flight schedules (generally from 4:00 am). There is also a post office in Terminal A. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi access is available in all public and airside areas.
Food and Drink
The dining options include restaurants, cafés, pizzerias and bars. In the public areas of Terminals A and B, outlets such as So! Coffee and Cavalliere operate. In the departure areas, passengers can find various fast-food outlets and snack bars. Terminal C (arrivals) features a café on the ground floor.
Shopping
Terminals A and B feature duty-free shops offering a wide selection of perfumes, cosmetics, spirits and tobacco. There are also newsagents (Relay), convenience stores (1Minute) and souvenir shops selling regional Polish products.
