The airport is located in Schkeuditz, 18 km (11 miles) northwest of Leipzig and 23 km (15 miles) southeast of Halle.  See Map

P1, P3 – Short-stay areas close to the terminal.

P11 – Short-stay car park directly in front of the central check-in area.
P15 – Located next to the control tower, about 500 metres from the check-in hall.
P20, P21 – Low-cost sector, 15 minutes on foot.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

Accessible ramps, lifts, toilets, and designated parking spaces are available. Passengers requiring special assistance are advised to contact their airline prior to arrival. Children must be over 5 years old to travel unaccompanied. They will be escorted by airline staff from the check-in area to boarding, supervised during the flight, and accompanied to the baggage claim area.
