LaGuardia Airport (LGA), which has undergone a major transformation into a world-class facility, is one of the three primary airports serving the New York metropolitan area. It operates mainly domestic flights, with some international services to Canada and the Caribbean.

Terminals
The airport has three passenger terminals: Terminal A (Marine Air Terminal), Terminal B, and Terminal C. All operate 24 hours.
Inter-Terminal Connections: A free shuttle service called LaGuardia Link connects all terminals, as well as parking lots and car-rental areas. It runs 24/7 every 8–15 minutes.
Annual Passenger Traffic: 33.5 million passengers in 2024.

Welcome Centers are located on the arrivals level of each terminal. You can also identify customer-service staff by their distinctive red coats; they are stationed throughout the terminals to assist passengers.
Location
The airport is located in East Elmhurst, across Flushing Bay, in Queens, about 13 km (8 miles) from midtown Manhattan.

Parking areas are available for long and short stays, connected to the terminals by courtesy shuttles. Premium sectors are closest to the main buildings and must be reserved in advance. Facilities for passengers with special needs
Inform your airline of any special needs before your trip. Inside the premises, there are reserved parking spaces near terminal entrances, a sensory room, accessible drinking fountains, ramps, elevators, adapted toilets and telephones, and relief areas for service animals. Transportation systems in and around the airport are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
