Lisbon Airport has excellent VIP lounges located in the boarding area of Terminal 1, accessible after passing through security control.

ANA Lounge (Non-Schengen Area)

This lounge is the main option for passengers traveling to destinations outside the Schengen Area.

Location: Terminal 1, after passport control, in Praça Lisboa (shopping area).
Hours: 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Services: Food and beverage buffet, Wi-Fi, showers, rest areas, smoking area, and TV.
Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club memberships, or through online/walk-in booking and payment.

TAP Premium Lounge (Schengen Area)

Intended for passengers of TAP Air Portugal and partner airlines traveling to destinations within the Schengen Area.

Location: Terminal 1, after security control, on the 6th floor.
Hours: 5:00 am to midnight.
Services: Food and bar buffet, showers, Wi-Fi, business center, rest areas, and children's area.
Access: Passengers in Business Class of TAP and Star Alliance airlines, TAP Miles&Go Gold members, and members with Star Alliance Gold status.

The airport offers a wide range of financial services, including bank branches, ATMs from various networks, and currency exchange offices. To stay connected, the airport provides access to free and unlimited Wi-Fi in both terminals.

You will find an extensive variety of restaurants, fast-food outlets, pastry shops, and cafeterias distributed throughout both terminals. Several of these options remain open 24 hours, ensuring food and beverage availability at any time during your trip.

Shopping and Duty-Free

Duty Free shops are located in the boarding area of Terminal 1. Additionally, the airport features a wide selection of fashion stores, accessories, Portuguese gourmet products, books, and electronics. A "Click & Collect" service is also available, allowing you to shop online and pick up your products at the airport.

Luggage Services

• Luggage Storage (Lockers): The airport has a 24-hour automated locker service. They are located outside the Terminal 1 building, near the P2 parking lot.
• Luggage Wrapping: The plastic wrapping and luggage protection service is available in the check-in area of Terminal 1.
• Luggage Carts: Available free of charge in all areas of the terminals. There is also a paid porter service.
• Lost and Found: If you have lost any belongings at the airport, the method to file a claim is through the official online form.
