Luxembourg Airport offers a premium waiting experience in its VIP lounge managed by Luxair. This space is designed to provide comfort for both business and leisure travellers, offering a calm environment and exclusive services before boarding.

The Lounge

Location: It is located in Terminal A, after passing through the security checkpoint, on Level 1 (mezzanine), and is accessible via escalators or lift near boarding gate A18.

Opening hours: Open daily from 4:00 am until the departure time of the last scheduled flight (approximately 9:00 pm).

Services: Work area with power sockets, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, comfortable seating areas, television, and a wide selection of international newspapers and magazines. The catering offer includes hot and cold snacks, fruit, desserts, and a self-service bar with alcoholic beverages (local wines and beers) as well as soft drinks.

Access conditions:

• Passengers travelling in Luxair Business Class or with partner airlines.
• Members of frequent flyer programmes with eligible status: Miles & More (Frequent Traveller, Senator or HON Circle), Star Alliance Gold and SkyTeam Elite Plus.
• Holders of lounge membership programmes: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club (maximum stay of 4 hours).
• Paid access: Economy Class passengers may purchase an entry pass at the lounge reception, subject to availability.

Finance and Connectivity

In the public area of the terminal, you will find cash machines available 24 hours a day. To stay connected, the airport provides free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire facility. In addition, charging stations and power sockets are distributed across the waiting areas for electronic devices.

Dining

The dining offer is varied and spread across both the public area and the departure zone. You will find everything from speciality coffee shops such as Starbucks and Oberweis (a renowned local patisserie), to full-service restaurants like Lux Brewery, where you can sample local beers before your departure.

Shopping and Duty Free

In the departure area, Aelia Duty Free shops offer perfumes, cosmetics, spirits and fine Luxembourgish food products tax-free. There are also newsstands selling books, magazines and travel essentials, as well as shops specialising in gifts and local products.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Trolleys: Available free of charge in the departures and arrivals areas, as well as in the car parks.
• Luggage Storage: For security reasons, the airport does not offer lockers or left luggage facilities. The nearest option is to use the luggage storage at Luxembourg Central Railway Station, which is accessible via the free tram service.
• Lost Property: If you have misplaced any belongings within the terminal, the lost property office is located in the baggage reclaim area. It is recommended to complete the official online form or contact the airport police at UPA.SGA@police.etat.lu.

Other Services

The airport features well-equipped baby care and infant hygiene rooms, a children’s entertainment area in the departure zone, and a travel agency on the departures level. For business travellers, meeting and conference rooms are available for advance booking.
