This service is mandatory and free of charge at all European airports to ensure equal opportunities.
Assistance Service for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM)
Description: This service is aimed at passengers whose mobility is limited due to a physical or mental disability (sensory or mobility-related, permanent or temporary), advanced age, or any other condition requiring special attention. The service does not provide custody, and minors or non-self-sufficient persons must travel accompanied.
Request: You must inform your airline, travel agency, or tour operator of your specific needs at least 48 hours before your flight, or when purchasing your ticket. Additionally, you can make the reservation through the official Aena website or app.
Arrival at the airport: It is recommended to arrive two and a half hours before the flight departure. You should notify your arrival at your airline's check-in desk or using the information kiosks, where assistance staff will meet you.
Meeting points: The airport has several meeting points, both inside and outside the terminals (car parks, arrivals pavements, check-in areas), clearly signposted, where you can contact the assistance staff. From there, they will accompany you to your seat on the plane and vice versa.
