Terminal 1

Sala VIP Cibeles - Open 24 hours a day, on floor 2, between gates B26 and B29. Non-Schengen flights. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Terrace, catering, press, Wi-Fi, computers, air conditioning, conference facilities, TV, showers. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by booking online or paying at the door (€44.00).

Terminal 2

Sala VIP Puerta de Alcalá - Next to gate D62, available 24 hours a day for Schengen flights. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Children's area, catering, newspapers, Wi-Fi, meeting room, computers, fax, printers, quiet area, showers, conference facilities, TV, air conditioning. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by booking online or paying at the door (€41.15).

Terminal 3

Sala VIP Puerta del Sol - For Schengen flights, from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm. It is on level 1, next to gate E69, and the maximum stay is 3 hours. Catering, newspapers, Wi-Fi, computers, TV, air conditioning, showers. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by booking online or paying at the door (€41.15).

Terminal 4

Iberia Premium Lounge Dalí­ - North area, near the check-in area inside the air bridge, opposite the security checkpoint. Open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Snacks, TV, computers, Wi-Fi, showers, newspapers and magazines, children's area, drinks, conference facilities. Access: with Iberia Plus Platinum or Gold membership, Iberia business class passengers, Oneworld first class or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Iberia Premium Lounge Velázquez - Available from 6:00 am to 1:00 am in the central area of the satellite building. Drinks, showers, snacks, TV, computers, Wi-Fi, conference facilities, private rooms, newspapers, magazines, children's area. Access: with Iberia Plus Platinum or Gold membership, Iberia business class passengers, Oneworld first class or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Sala VIP Neptuno - Reserved for non-Schengen flights, on level 2 of the satellite building. Open 24 hours a day (maximum stay: 3 hours). Games room, air-conditioning, catering, press, computers, showers, conference facilities. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by online booking or paying at the door (€44.00).

Sala VIP Plaza Mayor - Situated on floor 1, next to the Aena showroom, for Schengen flights, open from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay is 3 hours. Catering, press, Wi-Fi, computers, TV, air conditioning, conference facilities, showers. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by booking online or paying at the door (€41.15).

Financial services

The airport has banks (Monday to Friday from 8:15 am to 2:15 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (24 hours a day), postal, fax and photocopying services, VIP lounges, power sockets for electrical devices, public telephones, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting rooms are available on the ground floor of Terminal 1, on levels 0 and 2 of Terminal 2 and on floor 2 of Terminal 4.

What is there to eat?

There is a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, fast food outlets and bars scattered throughout all terminals. Barril Express Airport, Eating Point, Mahoudrid, McDonald's, Rodilla and Urban Grill are open 24 hours a day.

Are there duty-free shops and other stores?

Duty-free shops, multi-stores, sweets, tobacco, jewellery, fashion and accessories, perfumes, cosmetics, electronics, sports goods, souvenirs, press are all available.

Are there luggage wrapping services?

Laminating machines are located in the check-in area of terminals 1, 2 and 4.

Where is the lost property received?

The lost property offices are located in the Arrivals Halls of terminals 1 (Tel +34 913 936 119) and 4 (Tel +34 917 466 439), available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (e-mail: mad.objetosencontrados@aena.es).

Left-luggage service at Adolfo Suarez Airport

The luggage storage service is available in front of hall 2 of Terminal 1 (Tel +34 913 936 938 - 5:00 am to 10:00 pm), on floor 1 of Terminal 2 (Tel +34 913 544 385 - 8:00 am to 8:00 pm) and in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 4 (Tel +34 917 466 065 - 5:00 am to 11:00 pm).

Where are the trolleys to transport luggage?

Luggage carts and porters available throughout all terminals and areas of the airport.
