 Passenger Guide

Orlando International Airport, opened on September 1, 1981, is the busiest in the state of Florida along with Miami Airport. In recent years, its air traffic has significantly increased due to the tourism boom in the city. It operates domestic flights and international routes to most parts of the Americas and Europe.

Number of Terminals – 3 – Terminals A, B, and C, open 24 hours a day.

Terminals A and B are located within the same building (North Terminal Complex), while an automated people mover (APM or Terminal Link) connects them to Terminal C (South Terminal Complex). There is also a free shuttle bus between areas B16 (Terminal B) and C272 (Terminal C). SEE MORE

Information desks are located on Level 3 of the North Terminal, near the security checkpoints, and on Levels 2 and 6 of the South Terminal, in the Palm Court, next to the security checkpoint and in the baggage claim area.

Parking services at Orlando airport (MCO)

Several areas for short- and long-term stays and two zones for passenger pick-up (North Cell Phone Waiting Area and South Cell Phone Waiting Area), free of charge. Valet parking service is available in front of the Departure Halls, from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Garage A, B, C – Multi-level facilities next to each terminal, for both short- and long-term parking. Electric vehicle charging stations are available on Level 2 of A and B, and Levels 3 and 5 of C. Most spaces are covered, and the first 20 minutes are free.
Terminal Top Parking – Covered parking for short- and long-term stays located above the North Terminal Complex. The first 20 min. are free of charge.
Surface Lot Atlantis/Discovery/Endeavour – Open-air parking for short- or long-term stays next to the train station. The first 10 min. are complimentary.
Economy Lots South/West/North Park Place – Remote areas with free shuttle service every 10 min., 24 hours a day. 10 min. of complimentary parking.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

The facility is equipped with ramps, elevators, escalators, moving walkways, vehicles for transporting people to and from boarding areas, reserved spaces in the parking lots, adapted telephones and restrooms, and relief areas for service animals.
