Number of Terminals - 2 - Terminals 1 and 2, open 24 hours a day. Public buses connect both buildings, located 3 km (1.9 miles) away from each other. The Aerotrén is a free service that can only be used by connecting passengers, with an electronic reservation key, ticket and/or boarding pass; it operates every 10 minutes from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. There are information desks in the International and Domestic Arrivals and Departures Halls, available from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. In addition, there are tourist information booths on the ground floor of both terminals, open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The airport is located within the Venustiano Carranza district, 10 km (6 miles) east of Mexico City.

Terminal 1 National Parking Lot - In front of gates 1 and 2 of the building, in the Domestic Arrivals area. Offers valet parking service.
Terminal 1 International Parking Lot - Located in front of the international area, next to the bus stop.
Terminal 2 Parking Lot - Inside the terminal facilities and divided into two modules: one on the ground floor (Arrivals) and the other on the upper floor (Departures).
It is a private parking service located just 10 minutes from Terminal 1 and 15 minutes from Terminal 2. It includes the transfer of passengers to and from the terminal.

Parking is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is covered.
Fees:
It costs $240.00 for 24 hours. After 48 hours, the rate is $180.00 per 24 hours. Service is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis (no advance reservations are taken).
There are ramps, elevators, pedestrian strips, mini-vehicles for transporting persons with reduced mobility, escalators and electric ramps, adapted telephones and restrooms, Braille signage and reserved spaces in the parking lots near the terminals. Passengers requiring wheelchairs should contact their airline before traveling.
