Which are the Vip lounges at Natal airport (NAT) and how to access:

Historically, Natal International Airport did not have VIP lounges. However, after Zurich Airport Brasil took over as operator, the first exclusive spaces under the Advantage VIP Lounge brand were inaugurated in June 2024, significantly raising the comfort level for passengers.

VIP Lounges

Advantage VIP Lounge (Domestic)
This is the main lounge, designed with decor that pays tribute to regional culture. It offers a spacious and modern environment for those traveling within Brazil.
Location: Domestic boarding area (Airside), 1st floor, opposite the Dufry store.
Hours: Open 24 hours.
Services: Full buffet (hot and cold meals), drinks (including alcoholic beverages), high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting room, kids' space, rest zone, and showers (additional cost).
Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass membership. Walk-in payment available (subject to capacity).

Advantage VIP Lounge (International)
An exclusive space for passengers on flights abroad (such as TAP or GOL/JetSMART), offering privacy and premium services before leaving the country.
Location: International boarding area (Airside), near gate 2.
Hours: Open 24 hours (adjusted to the flow of international flights).
Services: Varied buffet, drinks bar, work and rest areas, Wi-Fi, and showers (extra charge).
Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass membership. Walk-in payment available.

Natal International Airport (NAT), under the management of Zurich Airport Brasil, has optimized its service offerings to improve the passenger experience. The terminal features a modern and functional infrastructure.

Wi-Fi Connection: Free and unlimited internet access available throughout the terminal.

Financial Services:
ATMs (Banco24Horas) are available in the public area and the boarding lounge.

Gastronomy

The food offer is varied, combining international brands with regional flavors.

Availability: Several establishments operate with extended hours or 24/7 to serve nighttime flights.

Automated locker service managed by Malex.
Location: Public area of the terminal.

Lost and Found:
Office managed by the airport administration (Zurich Airport Brasil).
Location: Administrative area, 3rd floor.
Procedure: Initial contact must be made via email, detailing the object, date, and location of the loss.
