The following lounges are located inside Terminal 1:

Centrair Airlines Lounge - Domestic Departures area, third floor. Open from 6:00 am until the last flight. Food and drinks, Wi-Fi, fax, photocopiers, newspapers and magazines. Access: Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways passengers, paying at the door.

Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge - On level 2, between Gate 18 and the duty-free area. Open from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm. Food, drinks, Wi-Fi, iPads, fax, photocopiers, newspapers and magazines, massage services. Access: JMB Diamond, JGC Premier, JMB Crystal, JMB Sapphire or JAL Global Club members, Japan Airlines and Oneworld airlines first and business-class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.

KAL Lounge - Next to Gate 19, open from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm. TV, snacks, drinks, fax, computers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, Diners Club, SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Premium Club membership, Korean Air first or business-class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Available from 7:00 am to 0:30 am (Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays until 10:30 pm) next to Gate 18. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Private rooms, smoking lounge, air conditioning, drinks, snacks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, online reservation, or paying at the door (USD34.49).

The Coral Finest Business Class Lounge - Open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and located on the second floor, next to Gate 19. Maximum stay is 2 hours. Massages, smoking area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, snacks, drinks. Access: Priority Pass or DragonPass members.

Facilities and other services

 
The airport has a bank (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange offices (6:30 am to 10:00 pm), postal and mobile phone services, VIP lounges, power outlets for electronic devices, public telephones, internet kiosks, and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting and conference rooms are available for hire on the third floor of Terminal 1.

Food and Drinks

There are many restaurants serving both Asian and Western cuisine, as well as cafés, bars, and fast food outlets, especially on the fourth floor of Terminal 1.

Shopping

Duty-free items in the international boarding areas, convenience stores, gift shops, electronics, accessories, clothing, toys, books, sweets, jewellery, local products.

In addition to the Sky Town Shopping Center on the fourth floor of Terminal 1, Flight of Dreams is also located near the terminals, a shopping and dining complex themed around the city of Seattle and built around the first prototype of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Baggage

Trolleys available inside the terminal, in the car parks, and at the train station. Protective baggage wrapping on the third floor of Terminal 1, in front of check-in counter A (6:30 am to 9:30 pm), and on the second floor of Terminal 2 (11:00 am to 6:00 pm). Lockers at Access Plaza, Flight of Dreams, and on the second, third, and fourth floors of Terminal 1. Luggage storage in the Arrivals (7:00 am to 10:00 pm) and Departures areas (6:30 am to 9:30 pm) (Tel +81 569 38 8562). In case of lost property, call the airport police at Tel +81 569 38 0110 or the relevant airline (online form).
