Spending the night at Olbia Airport is a viable option, although comfort is limited due to the terminal’s seasonal nature and compact design. If you have a very early flight or your connection has been delayed, please bear in mind the following considerations:

Where to rest

Most seating in the public area is made of metal and fitted with armrests, making it difficult to lie down across them. However, a few benches without dividers can usually be found in the arrivals area. Many travellers choose to sleep on the floor; if this is your case, it is advisable to bring a sleeping mat or blanket, as the marble floor is quite cold and draughts are common. It is important to note that the Club Lounge closes at night and is therefore not an option for overnight stays.

If you prefer uninterrupted rest and greater comfort, the closest option is the Jazz Hotel, located within walking distance of the terminal.

Baggage

Left luggage: The left luggage service operates from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you plan to spend the night in the terminal, you will need to keep your belongings with you, as there are no automatic lockers available outside these hours.

Dining

There are no food outlets open 24 hours a day. Restaurants and cafés close after the last commercial operation. It is recommended to purchase food and drinks during the day or use the vending machines located throughout the terminal, which offer snacks and hot/cold drinks throughout the night.

Hygiene Services

Showers: The airport offers the “After Beach” service in the boarding area, ideal for freshening up before travelling. However, this service is only available during commercial hours (from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm or 10:00 pm depending on the season), so it cannot be used overnight. Access for one person for 40 minutes costs €25.00.

Other available services

Wi-Fi: Access to the airport network is free and unlimited, making it easier to stay entertained while waiting.

Cash machines: ATMs in the arrivals area remain operational 24 hours a day.

Families: Baby care rooms are available within the public toilet areas.
